The burger is made from clay. The colors are kind of bright to give the sense of toxic at the burger. It is painted with acrylic. There is a human face on it and drools  that is made from glue gun around it.  The man is like being trapped by the burger.
This work is to let people not often eating fast food as it is not good for their health.

Ebby the Cat

Meet Ebby, the pampered cat that I've met a month ago at my house staircase. He kept following me whenever I go as though he was asking for food. Without hesitation, I packed a fried fish from my house and fed him. I thought he would be gone by then but the next day I went out, he's still out there wandering around. I am sure that he's not someone's cat. He's just a stray cat that I've never seen before in my life. It is thought that cats have been kept as pets for thousands of years. Most people consider themselves cat or dog people depending on the pet they prefer, but many people like both dogs and cats. For me, I prefer cats because cats are one of the more reserved and caring animals. I would bring back Ebby if I could, but I can't due to some reasons. I believed that stray cats need freedom to live, eat and play around. But on he other hand, they need love and affection from humans too.

Dragonfly

  This is my 3D work. This is a dragonfly. I created it with keyboard and rope. First I didn't decide to make dragonfly, i made the "dragonfly" tail actually i want to make top of a car section. Then that part for me look like a tail, then i decided to make a dragonfly.

  After I'm made it I feel very proud and happy.

This is my artwork for 'art in practice' project in NAFA. This black and white tribal pattern was painted using poster color paint on mahjong paper. I was inspired by youth culture which is wild and free. Their characteristics are bold, expressive and crazy . That is why I painted this tribal pattern to reflect the wild side of youth culture, I used black and white to make it looks strong and contrast. So this is the outcome, looks so wild that is why I named this artwork "Wild".

I drew this anchor under the sea and colored it with poster color. As we all know that we use anchor to hold ship, so it will not move because of wave. Even anchor smaller than that ship itself but it strong enough to hold that ship. All kind of ship even though a very big ship uses it too.

The anchor represents our conviction and the sea and wave represent other people conviction. Like our life in this world that full of others belief and opinion but we stay still like the anchor, not easily influenced. We should learn from anchor.

The conclusion is in this life we have to be like anchor that not easily influenced by what the world say.

This photo was taken with my iphone outside esplanade smoking area . It was a very small flower in the bush and i noticed it so i decided to snap a photo of it. As you can see, there are ashes on the leaves. People threw cigarette butts and ashes on the leaves and flower.
Such trivial things  which we dont see in our daily lives , the little things that are actually all around us. Skyscrapers are uprising which more deforestation are on going. Removing all the greens in the cities. Killing little beauty like that.
In conclusion, people are not noticing small little beauty in our daily lives . When all these beauty are gone, then people will start to realize its all gone.

Acceptance and Faith

Jellyfish symbolizes acceptance and faith. Acceptance to just go with the flow wherever the water current takes them to and to being unentangled and keeping faith, accepting their fate and surviving. Jellyfish amazes me by their unique appearance and the way they maneuver freely in the water. 

All in all, i think that humans should learn how to accept reality no matter how bad it turns out to be and hold onto faith as "sometimes things fall apart so that better things can fall together". 

Breeze Me Up

I created this fan based on my 3D wire sculpture project. The inspiration comes from the weather nowadays in Singapore. The weather affects the emotions of people. So I think they need a portable fan to calm their emotions down. 

In conclusion, it can be said that this fan is a reflection of my daily life experience in Singapore.

This is a picture of my final year project that I did when I was in ITE using a software call 3D Max. I'm actually doing a boutique. The project is actually to design a boutique at Changi Airport. So I use mainly warm lighting in my design as people just got off the plane and they may be having jet lag so warm light might helps them to feel more relax.

In conclusion, I feel that having 3D Max is a great bonus as people can really see how their design might turn out before they actually start the construction as 3D Max allows people to create a photo-realistic image. It not only allows people to design a boutique, but many other more things like cars, furniture, weapons and etc.

The picture above is a design of a luxury store which I’ve created using 3D max when I was studying in the ITE. In this picture I am showing the Clothes department.  I’ve used a lot of lighting in it, having spotlight shine on the clothes make it stands out more and eye catching to the buyer.

In conclusion, I feel that using 3D max is much easier, fun and we can create a photorealistic rendering.

BEAUTY

This is a picture of a strain of metal wire, bent into the word 'beauty'. It is one of the ideas to be use in my AIP project. The characteristic of metal wire is such that, it is the line of 3D. It is more real than pencil lines in the sense that you can touch and feel the line in real space. A property of wires which had help artist Victor Tan to achieve what most would thought impossible. Given his eye condition he couldn't relate to using pencil and paper.

In conclusion, with wires being like pencil strokes, I could send 

a message through a metal wire sculpture. almost literally.

This is an image captured from Gardens by the Bay, Singapore. It was taken on July 29 2012 when I visited the facility with my family. This photo features one of the many flowers in Gardens by the bay.

In conclusion, it shows the intricacy of the petal forms and soft vibrant colour which makes it stand out from the greenery.

The photograph was taken back in November 2012 when I was having a short trip to Taiwan. It is a picture of Yehliu Geopark, a park which features many unique shapes of rocks that occurred naturally.

In conclusion, the photograph showcases the vibrant colours of the cloud, rocks as well as the plants.
